Accessibility Statement

North Country Directional Drilling ("NCDD") wants everyone to be able to use northcountrydrilling.com, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What We Have Done

• Tested every type of page on the site with automated accessibility checks and fixed the issues they found.
• Improved color contrast for text, links, and buttons.
• Made the site usable with a keyboard, including a "Skip to main content" link and visible focus outlines.
• Labeled every form field and marked which fields are required.
• Added text alternatives to images and hid decorative icons from screen readers.

Known Limitations

• The employee onboarding video does not have captions yet. If you need its content in another format, contact your supervisor or our office.
• Some project videos on the site may not have captions.
• At the top of some pages, the menu can be hard to read until you scroll down. This happens over the photo on blog posts, and on our "page not found" page, where the menu blends into the white background.
• The video players on our site are provided by YouTube and Vimeo, and we do not control how those players work.
