Separate terms apply to NCDD's internal software (Software End User License Agreement) and to text messaging (SMS Terms of Service).

Information Only

The Site provides general information about NCDD and horizontal directional drilling. It is not engineering, legal, or permitting advice for any specific project. Every project depends on its own site conditions, design, and permits. Permits for a project are obtained by the project owner or general contractor.

Project descriptions, photos, videos, and figures on the Site describe past work. They are not a promise of the same results on another project.

Quote Requests Are Not Contracts

Nothing on the Site, and nothing you submit through it, including a quote request, is an offer, bid, or contract. Scope, schedule, and price are set only in a separate written proposal or agreement with NCDD.

Our Content

The text, photos, videos, logos, and other content on the Site belong to NCDD or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference. You may not copy, republish, or use the content commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

Submit false information, spam, or messages meant to deceive our staff through our forms;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it;

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Minnesota will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
